You may use the Rewive website and services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Certain Experiences may have specific age, health, accessibility or other participation requirements. These will be communicated where relevant.
Where an Experience involves a child or minor, a parent or legal guardian may be required to make the booking, provide consent or accompany the child, depending on the Experience.

4. Experiences and Participation
Each Rewive Experience may have its own description, requirements, age restrictions, location, timing, capacity and other conditions.
You are responsible for reviewing the information provided for an Experience before registering or purchasing a place.
You are also responsible for providing accurate information where required for registration or participation.
Participation in an Experience is voluntary. You should consider whether an Experience is appropriate for you based on its description and any information provided before booking.
5. Personal Responsibility and Safety
Rewive Experiences may involve activities such as creativity, movement, nature, food, conversation, travel or other forms of participation.
You are responsible for making your own decisions about participation and for informing Rewive of any relevant information that you reasonably believe we need to know for your safe participation.
If an Experience involves physical activity, food, travel or another activity that may carry inherent risks, you should participate within your own abilities and take reasonable precautions.
Where appropriate, you should seek professional advice regarding any personal circumstances that may affect your participation.
Rewive Experiences are not intended to replace medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal or other professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
Rewive does not guarantee any particular emotional, personal, creative, professional or other outcome from participating in an Experience.
6. Health, Allergies and Dietary Information
Certain Experiences may involve food, beverages, physical activities, plants, natural materials or other substances.
If you have an allergy, dietary restriction, medical condition, disability or other circumstance that may affect your participation, please communicate relevant information to Rewive before the Experience where reasonably necessary.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate information provided to us, we cannot guarantee that an Experience or venue will be completely free from allergens or other risks unless expressly stated.
You remain responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.
7. Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed once the applicable payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been provided.
Prices, availability, Experience details and other booking information may change before a booking is completed.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.
The total price payable for an Experience, including applicable taxes or mandatory charges, will be displayed during the booking process where applicable.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations, refunds, transfers and changes to bookings are governed by our Refund Policy, unless different terms are specifically stated for a particular Experience.
By purchasing an Experience, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the applicable refund and cancellation terms.
Where an Experience has specific cancellation or transfer terms, those terms will be displayed during the booking process and will apply to that Experience.
9. Changes, Rescheduling or Cancellation by Rewive
Rewive may need to change, postpone, reschedule or cancel an Experience because of circumstances including operational requirements, venue availability, safety concerns, illness, weather, government restrictions, insufficient participation or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate material changes to registered participants.
If Rewive cancels an Experience, any refund or alternative arrangement will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and any specific terms provided for that Experience.
10. Experience Content and Information
Information provided through the Rewive website or in connection with an Experience is intended to help you understand what to expect.
We may make reasonable changes to activities, schedules, venues, materials, Creators, facilitators or other details when necessary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, descriptions of Experiences are not guarantees of a particular result or outcome.
Images, photographs and other visual material may be illustrative and may not always represent the exact venue, materials or final Experience.
11. Conduct During Experiences
We want Rewive Experiences to remain welcoming and respectful spaces.
You agree to behave appropriately towards other participants, Rewive representatives, Creators, facilitators, venue staff and other people involved in an Experience.
We may refuse participation, ask a participant to leave, or take other appropriate action if a person's behaviour is unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate.
Where participation is ended because of serious misconduct, a refund will generally not be provided, subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.
12. Intellectual Property
The Rewive name, logo, visual identity, website, written content, photographs, graphics, designs, Experience materials, original concepts, formats and other content created or used by Rewive are owned by or licensed to Rewive and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use our website and materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from or commercially exploit Rewive's intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Rewive's intellectual property to you.
13. Your Content and Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, comments, photographs, reviews or other material to Rewive, you remain responsible for the content you provide.
By submitting content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that doing so does not knowingly violate another person's rights.
Where you provide content for publication or other use by Rewive, you grant Rewive permission to use it for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to any agreement or permission separately communicated to you.
We may choose not to publish or may remove submitted content where appropriate.
14. Photography and Recording
Some Rewive Experiences may involve photography, video or other recording.
Where recording may take place, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice and, where required, obtain the necessary permission or consent.
If you do not wish to be included in identifiable photography or recording, please communicate this to Rewive or the relevant Experience team as early as reasonably possible.
Experience-specific photography or recording terms may apply where relevant.
15. Third-Party Services
Rewive may use or provide access to third-party services, websites, payment providers, communication tools, venues, Creators, facilitators or other external services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Rewive is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, content or services of third parties that we do not control.
16. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience or information.
Rewive does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.
Your use of a third-party website is subject to that third party's own terms and policies.
17. Website Availability and Security
We aim to keep the Rewive website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical issues or other operational purposes.
We do not guarantee that the website or any files made available through it will be free from viruses or other harmful components, although we take reasonable measures to maintain website security.
18. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and current.
However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated details.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and make changes to website content, Experience details, pricing or availability without prior notice, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have after completing a purchase.
19. No Guarantee of Results
Rewive Experiences are designed to create opportunities for exploration, connection, creativity, reflection and other forms of experience.
However, everyone experiences things differently.
We do not guarantee that participation in an Experience will result in any particular emotional, personal, creative, professional or other outcome.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rewive will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in an Experience.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Rewive's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss or claim results from Rewive's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.
23. Electronic Communications
When you communicate with Rewive electronically, including through email, website forms or other digital channels, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us where permitted by applicable law.
You agree that electronic records and communications may satisfy legal requirements for written communication where applicable.
24. Marketing and Communications
We may send information about Rewive, our Experiences or other updates where you have requested or consented to receive such communications, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
Experience-related or transactional communications may still be sent when reasonably necessary to provide a service you have requested.
25. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website or services where reasonably necessary, including where you breach these Terms, misuse our services, create a safety risk, engage in unlawful conduct or otherwise threaten Rewive, its users or its partners.
Termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Rewive, our website, Experiences or applicable requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website or participation in an Experience after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a change requires specific notice or consent, we will provide it as appropriate.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
28. No Waiver
If Rewive does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that Rewive has waived its right to enforce that provision in the future.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any Experience-specific terms presented to you, form the applicable agreement between you and Rewive regarding your use of the relevant website or service, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of Rewive's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
